Most of the crash reports seem to be tied to turning on the DirectX 12 rendered in the game’s settings. In order to solve this problem you’ll have to change an .ini file. Go to C:Usersyour-usernameDocumentsSTAR WARS Battlefront II Multiplayer Betasettings. Backup the files before changing anything. Open the boot options or profile options file, and look for a line that says “GstRender.EnableDx12 1” (without the quote marks). Change the value from one to zero and save the file. Star Wars Battlefront II PC Lag Issue
The PC version of Battlefront II seems to be having pretty horrible lag issues, with some people even having the game use up all 100% of their CPU. It’d be easy to blame it on weak PCs, but the thing is, it seems that the beta worked perfectly for these people. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do about this. If your rig meets the requirements, and your drivers are updated properly, then that’s that. We can only hope that Dice fixes this before the full game launches.Forever Loading Screen After Leaving Match
This seems to happen on Xbox and PC. After leaving a match, the loading screen just stays there forever. Unfortunately, other than restarting the game, there’s nothing you can do to fix this. This is another problem that Dice is going to have to patch up.No Deluxe Edition Content Appearing on Xbox
A lot of Xbox players haven’t been able to find any of their Deluxe Edition bonuses, such as crates. This issue has been prevalent on Xbox, but some PC players have been having the same problem. Unfortunately, it seems that you’ll have to wait until November 14th to get your bonus stuff. If you do think there is a problem, contact customer support.“Deluxe edition content will arrive on the 14th alongside the release of the deluxe edition on Xbox Live. Currently the game thinks you have a standard edition based on how EA Access works on the Xbox platform.”Individual Classes Not Ranking Up
Some people have been noticing that their individual Battlefront 2 classes haven’t been leveling up, despite heavy play. This is not a glitch; it’s simply the result of the game being tailored to microtransactions. Your character doesn’t level up by playing, oh no. Instead, your level and rank are based on how much stuff you unlock for a given class. So, keep collecting star cards (and upgrading them), attachments, and other stuff.Battlefront 2 Trial Won’t Launch on Origin

EA Access Showing “Too Early” Message
If you see this “error”, it might be that you’ve completed your 10 hours of the trial. If you’ve played less than that, then you might have to try and get in touch with customer support and see if they can help you out. It might be that the client mistakenly thinks that you’ve played for ten hours.EA has released Star Wars Battlefront on PC and looks like it has fewer issues than other games generally have these days. How to fix Star Wars Battlefront Errors: Crash, Black Screen, Server Issue, Freezing, Stuttering and more:
#1 Game stuck at “press enter to start” screen fix:
This issue can be solved by following the given steps:
- Launch Origin
- Right click the game and select Game Properties
- Type “-novid -noborder -windowed” without the quotation marks
- Check “Disable Origin in Game for this game”
This will disable Origin in game but you will be able to get play offline sessions. DICE is working to create a fix for this issue. So we need to be patient.
#2 Crash during startup/random crashes/black screen/failed to launch fix:
- Players who are facing issues like the game crashing to desktop while launching or during gameplay should try updating their video card drivers. We suggest users to do a clean install of the video card drivers by downloading them from the official website.
- If you have the game on Steam, we suggest you to verify the game cache to avoid such errors.
- Another simple but useful method is to play the game in Compatibility mode. For this, right click on the game’s .exe and click Properties. Under the Compatibility tab, set the Compatibility mode to either Windows XP SP3 or Vista.
- Users with SLI/Crossfire setup can try disabling it and laptop users should use the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated one
#3 msvcp120.dll is missing/corrupted fix:
For this you need to download the missing DLL file from here and extract it in the game’s installation folder. Alternatively you can also download the DLL-Files Fixer from here and install it. Start the fixer and go to the “Install DLL files” tab from top. Enter “msvcp120.dll” in the search box. After that, it automatically installs the required DLL and your problem is solved. You can also check and fix registry errors with this software.
#4 Game stuck at Vader bug fix:
The only known solution to this issue is to repair the game files using Origin. And then restart the PC and launch the game. Hopefully this solves the issue. We will update this post as DICE comes up with something new.
#5 Missing text in Menu fix:
This is an annoying issue which occurs when your Origin is corrupted. Make sure you install the latest version and also repair the game files if all else fails.
#6 DirectX error crash fix:
For this error, simply update your DirectX and video card drivers and restart your PC. The game should be running fine after that.
